Learn Cello or Drum

hi all

I want to learn cello or Drum in Tokyo.. I checked Tom Lee, which don't have english speaker intructor, not to mention it is really expensive... do you have any recommendation? Thanks in advance,

Can’t say I know of anyone. Best bet is to find a foreigner who knows the instrument and is willing to teach you.

There used to be an open drum session on a Thursday nite at one of the pubs in Rappongi - just a group inviting folk to turn up and have a bash around... I'm not too sure where it is held now (maybe the Pink Cow in Shibuya) but they are still about and do trips to the Taiko drumming festival on Sado Island... check out Tokyo Notice Board or Metropolis free listing magazines or their websites... and enjoy1
