Get a Brastel card from any bar in Roppongi, its 7 yen per minute to the US, just go to a supermarket and charge it up ! Easy, saved us a fortune

Brastel was king until Skype came along. If you have a PC use skype - Brastel looks expensive to them when you do a rate comparison.
