Educational psychologists

Please help!
I am desperate to find a good educational psychologist (English speaking) in private practice to asses my boy.
My boy has mercury posioning and has Autistic type of symptoms. He is going to be 4 soon and is attending international kindergarten (mainstream). His teacher said that he has improved a lot. The only problem is his speech.
I need to find out if he is fit for main stream primary school.
