Liquid Glucose

Does anyone know where I can get liquid glucose (not powdered or gel) - Great, City Super and Complete Delight don't have it.

Baking Warehouse has glucose listed under "Syrup" - 300g for $28. Call first though(2172 6916) to double check it is liquid as there is no picture of it on the website.

You can buy "Mizu-ame" in City Super which is the Japanese equivalent. It is in a glass jar in the Japanese food section, with a blue label and says MY in English on it. The Mizu means water and is written in Chinese.

Thank you - I am making a type of icing - you mix it with fondant to allow you to dip fairy cakes or sponge squares. It's very glossy and pretty.
The recipe is from Peggy Porchens Pretty Party Cakes - she makes the best iced biscuits and cakes - well worth buying if you enjoy baking.
