I had an excellent Pomelo salad in a restaurant a few months back too. The restaurant since moved to Wanchi, wonder if it is the same one...

The restaurant I went to was SOHO SPICE in Elgin St Soho. The salad was part of their lunch menu, excellent value and great food.
