Answers & Advice: Each forum is set up to allow people to get answers and advice to topic-specific questions. They are asking for help – not sarcastic or insulting comments - so please, if you have nothing constructive to post please refrain from participating.

Negative Comments: The forums are not meant to serve as an ‘ombudsman’ to resolve problems with companies and therefore we do not allow negative comments or complaints about companies.

Also, we have no way of knowing if a complaint posted is true or posted by a malicious competitor and we expose ourselves to law suits if we publish libelous comments.

Finally, we are running a business and if we allow the site to be plastered with negative comments about companies (which stay on our site forever) we will not be in business for long.

Names & Telephone Numbers: Please do not post your full name or that of others nor telephone numbers, mailing or email addresses on the forums (you can send private messages to other users with your personal details via the Control Panel > Compose Message). We will make exceptions if you are recommending someone’s services in a response to a question and need to post their telephone number.

Profanity & Racism: We have ZERO TOLERANCE for people who post comments that contain profanity and obscenity, or sexual, ethnic, racial, discriminatory or defamatory slurs. Anyone posting such rubbish will be immediately suspended. Racism is evil.

Proprietary or Confidential Information of companies is not allowed on the forums.

Spam: Content that could be considered a commercial advertisement is not allowed and should instead be submitted to the A-Z directory (or refer to our rate card for other options). However if someone asks for a recommendation (e.g. a romantic restaurant) you can of course offer your advice.

Exclusivity Infringements: In rare instances, we offer companies exclusive advertising rights on the sites which include clauses that competitors cannot run banners or be mentioned in the forums. We will notify members if we need to remove their comments due to these relationships.
