i want to travel to these places, during the spring fest (16-22) from h k. can someone give me info on an online h k or chinese travel agency or any travel agency that can get me "shoe string" package?

No "shoe string" during CNY, try the travel agency advertised in That's PRD.

wow, and to go to all three in six days would be rather frenetic. An idea is that you could fly to Bangkok and then take the train south down through Malaysia and end up at Singapore. I think this needs to be arranged in advance. But you can try the online sites for the budget air carriers, Tiger Airways (to Singapore) and Air Asia (to Malaysia, Thailand)

If you could get yourself to Bangkok, which will be very difficult at this late stage,you can travel by bus all the way down without booking.
You just need to go to Khao San Road and get on the next available bus. You would be sharing with other tourist doing the sam thing so it is a great oportunity to meet new people.
Its a long way mind you so you would need to be quite resilient, but you have aenough time to break up the journy to stop off at various places on route.
As I say the hardest part would be to actuallly get on a flight to Bankok over the festive period
