Hi, you may go to HAiR at Causeway Bay (Lee Theatre Plaza) and talk to Johnathan Sham, who is one of the senior hairstylist in this salon for your needs.
He's very skillful and always making you the most updated and trendy look (as long as you love and be willing to try it). But of course, you may tell/show him what you like, then he'll be able to follow your idea as well.

Around $500+ hair cut and $900-1,800 for hi/low lites, depending on short/long hair & what chemical treatments needed for the specific effect. Maybe bit expensive but worth trying.

Never expected to be suspected by just giving my personal advice here. To take or not to take is all about one's choice. If my advice makes others think something negative on the salon/stylist, then really feel sorry for them as I never think that a pure advice will turn into a suspicion.
am really feeling confused and hurt while reading the above comments.

I'm with you on this, carinachu. I had already pressed the "Report Abuse" a few minutes before your post. What he has said has cast irreparable doubt on you and your recommendation.
Apologies, canada girl, I cannot help you with your query. But, do not allow negative comments by others influence your decision.

Apology,
I am sorry about that but in the past there had been allot of this and the way it was written and put was, I,m sorry, a bit similar to those incidents. I am sorry if I wrongly assumed so but I thought it prudent for her to at least check or be careful. As you are aware a bad hair cut or color can be devastating to most people and take months to repair. It is hard to hear this all day and not become a bit reactionary, though I admit that I was not that way when I moved here. I am glad you responded as it lets me see that my trust levels are drifting a bit south because of my experiences here. When in reality I always try to encourage people to trust upfront or until proven otherwise, sounds like I need my own advice this time. As for the abuse button, I hope that you understand that I take this, and my profession very serious. My clients become family and friends to me and we share many things in life including the heart aches they have had over bad hair. When you destroy or harm a persons self image you can set them back on many levels. It was not m intent to accuse or blame, it was my intent to protect someone. Personally I prefer a client question me on issues or challange me if they feel I am in the wrong, like here, it is the only way we learn or grow and this is rarely not a bit painful. My tact was off skew on this but my intent was not, in the future I will take a bit more time before I react. And I am greatful that you took the time to point it out to me, often we do things in with good intent but with poor form.
That said, I did say that if I was wrong I apologize, and there was no negativity meant I promise (thats just not my track in life)it was purely out of care, but I did let my experiences here motivate me it seems. Yes, HK has it seems left its mark on me thus far but with your help I hope to shed the air of mistrust I have gained. In my business that manifests itself and ends up transferring to others and that is very unfair.
Thanks for having the integrity to point that out and for the honesty...cheers

Celebrities, pop singers and models get all their hair for free in HK. They are always sponsored so its not always the best indication. Personal recomendations are best.
