I gat my eyelash extension in a beauty salon in Central,it,s really nautral coz she put it one by one as it's quite time consuming. It will last about 3 weeks to 1 month( but have to be careful when u clean your face) and cost $ 700 but I found it worth as I dont need to put make up and mascara after that, and I found my eyes more attractive,haha....you can call her for details at 28695055.
Thanks bs, that sounds a lot cheaper than the treatment currently coming out of UK, where they quoted close to $3K!!!!, although they do say it lasts about 6 months. What's the name of the salon?
you can get it done even cheaper elsewhere. I believe it can be done i Shenzhen at a fraction of the costs but you have to be discerning. Sorry can't recomment any as I am from Singapore. Average price for eyelast extension here can be as low as 70 SGD~HKD300
balzac, I hope to be in Singapore at the end of the month. Can you recommend somewhere that does a good job and I can get all the usual eyebrows and waxing stuff too?
You'd find that quite a few were not happy with the discomfort and side effects like eyelashes dropping, extensions poking into skin. I did it only once and never again!
Salon Exclusive in Tanjong pagar plaza was mentioned a few times in the thread- only 58 SGD. Do ask the salon people if the lash fibers are silk and from Korea, not china. The glue used must be a good and safe one too.
Strips is a famous place for expats here to do eyebrows and waxing. I believe they also offered eyelash extensions. do note that this place is also frequented by expats-which means higher prices. You can find strips in Holland Village and Wheelock place, orchard.
Wax Affair in Holland Village does a good brazilian wax and other wax jobs at more comptitive rate than Strip.
If you find yourself in Little India-do pop in to one of the eyebrow threading beauty shops-it's the best thing. once you've threaded your brows you'd never want to pluck or shave your brows ever again. Only costs about 5SGD.
